Proper hydration is important to our bodies. Over 70% of the body is made up of water. The phrase “Water is the foundation of vitality and long life” is not exaggeration. Drinking enough water is not enough to stay hydrated; you also need to get water inside your cells. Numerous health issues, such as weariness, headaches, asthma, and allergies, have been related to dehydration.
True hydration
Proper hydration is about getting water into your body cells and not about drinking 8 glasses a day. Your health is dependent on cellular communication made possible by water. The gel structure of the water within the cell accelerates communication, like a computer chip or circuit board. There’s a resonance to what we say and hear. The water in our cells attunes to that resonance and translates it through the cells to the rest of the body.
This is true of how we talk to ourselves, how we speak to one another and also in the diagnosis and prognosis we receive about our health. We have to let go of all of these words, beliefs and diagnoses that are limiting our potential. Become more aware of how you speak to yourself, knowing that it affects the health of your cells.
Another fact is that water accounts for approximately 80.5% of the brain, 90.7% of blood, and 75.6% of muscle? Because our bodies lose water through sweat, digestion, and even breathing, it is critical to replenish these fluids throughout the day.
“Stay hydrated” has become common health advice in recent years. The ability of our bodies to move water from the bloodstream to the inside of our cells, deteriorates as we age. If we would properly hydrate in the intracellular environment, our aging would be slowed. To clarify, below is a list of some reasons why hydration is essential.
Proper hydration benefits
- Every cell in your body depends on water. Water travels throughout your body, carrying oxygen, nutrients, and wastes to and from your cells and organs.
- Water insulates your joints and shields your tissues and organs from shock and damage.
- Your body’s natural system for regulating temperature includes water, which helps to keep you cool.
- Water lubricates your joints, your mouth and digestive system in the form of saliva, and your nose, throat, eyes, and stomach in the form of mucus.
- Drinking water promotes proper food digestion, nutrient absorption, and body waste elimination.
- Water also helps you maintain a healthy weight.
How to know if you are Dehydrated
There is this myth that if your pee is clear, it means that you are hydrated. Proper hydration is about water inside our body’s cells, not water in the bloodstream or urine. Below is a list of some signs that indicate your body is dehydrated.
- Dry mouth.
- Headache.
- Excessive thirst.
- Exhaustion or fatigue.
- Feeling dizzy or lightheaded.
- Urine that is darker than usual.
More reasons why we should hydrate
ElectroMagnetic Field Technology
Every day, we are exposed to some form of electromagnetic radiation. Wi-Fi, cellphones, computers, and other wireless devices emit powerful electromagnetic waves that can be damaging to our health. Given that eliminating cell phones from our daily lives is not always possible, we must educate ourselves and find ways to live with the risks.
According to Zach Bush, M.D., the cells inside the human body communicate through electromagnetic frequencies. When a stronger electromagnetic frequency disrupts that communication, like a cell phone, cells can’t repair themselves. So, they can’t perform their tasks and have openings where toxins and other things can get inside the cells.
Proper Hydration Solution: We need to hydrate at the cellular level by drinking micro-clustered water that our body cells can easily absorb. Water molecules form clusters rather than individual molecules.
Under pressure, tap water has very large clusters of 12-14 molecules. The ionization process breaks the electrical bonds between water molecules and restructures the water into clusters of 5-6 molecules. Because of the smaller cluster size, water can be more easily absorbed into our body cells, providing superior hydration and aiding in the dissolution and flushing out of acidic solid waste and toxins that have accumulated in the cells.
Chronic inflammation
When your body comes into contact with an invading agent (like bacteria, viruses, or toxic chemicals) or sustains an injury, it activates your immune system. Your immune system’s first responders are inflammatory cells and cytokines (small proteins that are crucial in controlling the growth and activity of other immune system cells and blood cells). These cells initiate an inflammatory response in order to trap bacteria and other pathogens or to heal injured tissue.
Chronic inflammation is the buildup of oxidative compounds in our immune system, bloodstream, and, eventually, cells. Dehydration affects every signal in our body system. Chronic inflammation happens due to a lack of hydrogen (H2) ions, which is delivered both by the microbiome in our gut and by water in its high vibration state as it passes through highly charged cell and mitochondrial membranes. Cells need to be able to hold water in a gel state. This requires a high electrical charge made possible by a healthy microbiome.
Aging
Dehydration at the cellular level is linked to aging. Other factors that influence our aging include a combination of bodily transformations and lifestyle choices. Our lifestyle choices, free radicals, inflammation, glycation, stress, ultra violet rays, pollution, and other factors all have an impact on the aging process. All of these factors eventually target our cells and help accelerate the aging process.
The capacity to hydrate depends on a high electrical charge in the body. The mitochondria produce that energy. So to be truly hydrated, we need healthy and hydrated mitochondria.
Dehydration damages the mitochondrial level, causing us to lose the redox oxygen and hydrogen. We literally starve at the cellular level without mitochondrial metabolites, which serve as another reservoir of antioxidant potential within our cells. There is no fuel for expansion, maintenance, or repair. We deteriorate. We normalize it by describing and experiencing aging.
Proper Hydration Solution: Water that is Hydrogen rich has a high concentration of Molecular Hydrogen (H2) which can reduce free radicals and suppress oxidative stress. High concentration of Molecular Hydrogen acts as an efficient antioxidant and reduces free radicals.
Hydrogen-rich water is characterized by exhibiting a negative oxidation reduction potential. This electrolytically-reduced, hydrogen-rich water works to restore your body to a more alkaline state, which is optimal for good health and helps to neutralize chronic inflammation and aging.
Acidic foods and drinks
Acidic foods and drinks typically have a pH level of 4.6 or lower. Because high acidic foods are less likely to support quick microorganism growth, they may take longer to decompose.
The pH of the human body is approximately 7.40. This level is ideal for keeping the body’s biological processes running smoothly. The body tightly regulates its pH balance via a number of mechanisms involving multiple organs such as the kidneys and lungs. In fact, elevated levels of acid in the blood are usually indicative of an underlying health issue such as poorly managed diabetes, lung disease, or kidney problems, among other diseases. This happens when our bodies try to maintain the equilibrium of the blood, which lies between 7.35 and 7.45, where important minerals are taken away from other important body parts, i.e., bones, in order to neutralize the acidity level in our bodies.
Proper Hydration Solution: A pH scale is used to determine whether a substance is acidic or alkaline. On this scale 7.0 is neutral, anything above 7 is considered alkaline and anything below 7 is acidic. For Optimal Health our bodies must maintain a pH balance of 7.40, which is slightly alkaline.
This can be achieved by eliminating foods and drinks that have high levels of acidity and drinking alkaline water, which will help your body flush out toxins accumulated from eating acidic foods and drinks.
top ways to stay hydrated at a cellular level…
- Eat your water by consuming cucumber, celery, watermelon, and other higher fiber fruit.
- Consume healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, olives, avocado, coconut, and others.
- Get your electrolytes through your skin by playing and bathing in the ocean, freshwater lakes, and rivers whenever the opportunity arises.
- Balance EMF exposure with direct skin contact with nature.
- Daily anaerobic exercise in short bursts.
- Reduce your direct exposure to technology by using EMF blocking materials between your phone and your body, turning off wifi at night, and so on.
- Cold plunges and ice baths are powerful tools for increasing hydration.
- Engaging in fasting, grazing and feasting cycles also increase hydration by encouraging mitochondrial turnover.
- When possible, drink unfiltered water from a nearby spring. But if not possible use the Kangen Machine to filter and ionize your drinking water.
Eat your water and increase the amount of time you’re spending in living water systems.
